About Allie's Friends Foundation

Allie’s Friends was established in August 2004 by Allie’s Mom, Diane Dowd. Allie loved animals and loved to hug everyone. It is Diane’s wish to keep Allie’s memory alive by providing stuffed animals to ambulance squads across the country. This way one of Allie’s stuffed animals friends can be there to comfort a child and help to hug the hurt away.

We ask that you continue to keep Allie’s family in your prayers, as well as the injured children around the country who are comforted by one of Allie’s Friends.
